We want you to love your order. Because our products are handmade in small batches, our return policy is simple and fair.
Returns
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Bundles must be returned in full (not partially used)
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Used cards or opened bundles
- Custom or personalized orders (if offered in the future)
- Orders reported after the return window
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be in production or prepared for shipping.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
